A by-election is needed in Sturgeon River-Parkland to replace the Hon. Rona Ambrose who served admirably as our Member of Parliament up until her retirement on July 4.

The by-election was called on September 17, 2017 by the Prime Minister for October 23, 2017.

In order to select the Conservative Party's candidate for the by-election, a nomination contest was opened on August 28. All members of the Conservative Party of Canada as of 9:59 PM MDT on September 18 who live in Sturgeon River-Parkland are eligible to vote in the nomination. There is no proxy or advanced voting permitted by the rules.

The vote will be held as follows (you may vote at either location):

The Candidate Nominating Committee, appointed by the Board of Directors of the Sturgeon River-Parkland Conservative Association, is charged with organizing the contest.
